This production unit was registered in 1984 under the title of Foolad Adj Company in the field of parts and machine manufacturing. It officially began working by designing and manufacturing of key duplicating machines. As the company’s attitude and priority has always been to manufacture job-creating machinery, simultaneously as launching a production line for various models of key duplicating machines and other single-purpose machines, and by examining the market needs in the eighties, in 1992, it produced and launched a hack saw machine for cutting metal sections, initially in a 250-mm model, and after expressing the satisfaction and needs of respected craftsmen and manufacturers, in a 400-mm model. The increasing changes and developments in the industry and production sector, and the attention paid to precision and speed in cutting, led this company, at the end of the second decade of its activity in 2003, to design and launch a steel band saw machine production line in three 230-, 320- and 420-mm capacities.
